We are a private group focussed on developing rare earth projects in emerging markets which are fundamental to the global de-carbonisation strategy, with a focus on Africa, supported by investors including a consistent global top performing North American hedge fund and substantial HNW investors.
Elemental X is part of a group focused on acquiring and developing rare earth assets, going further up the value chain, as well as the development of other energy and infrastructure related projects. Our group utilises the team’s decades of rare earth experience and extensive network, which only comes from having a continued local presence. Our emphasis is Africa, while we also have deep ties into North America and Asia for end-product markets.
Strategy – Project Criteria
Predominantly focussed on mining projects which meet the worlds global de-carbonisation goals
Investment and operations of assets which may also have the ability develop near term early cash flow
Realise value where there has been a lack of technical expertise or legal issues, or a lack of funding which may have stalled the development of the asset
Assets which need strong local presence and team on the ground to ensure the smooth development process with the local community, Government and other stakeholders
Utilising new technology to meet the growing drive for efficiency and operationally improving projects
